Marci Shoff has been called to head the Estates division of the Courts & Procedures Committee of the Peoria County Bar Association.
In her position, she will work with members of the Association who concentrate their practice in the probate court. She will collaborate with the committee members to address concerns and develop recommendations to present to the Chief Judge for changes in local rules, procedures and forms with respect to probate and estate practice in Peoria and the surrounding counties. Additionally, she will be responsible for addressing any amendments to the Illinois Probate Act and their implementation in Central Illinois.
