Michael McKinley
Michael S. McKinley grew up on the south side of Peoria and attended Limestone High School in Bartonville, Illinois.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Spring Hill College in 1990 and was a scholar-athlete as an Academic All-American basketball player and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mike continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1993.

Mike has been an active faculty member and frequent speaker on various civil litigation subjects for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Peoria County Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mike has had extensive jury trial experience.

Mike is listed with the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory with an AV Preeminent rating, the highest rating available for ethics and legal ability, and has been designated by judges and his professional colleagues as preeminent in his field. Mike is married and has two daughters.
